Reflexology Chart
This reflexology chart is based on the Holland Method of Advanced Reflexology. It was designed to be more anatomically correct than its predecessor.
The most noteworthy aspect of this chart is that it is not zoned based. Rather it is influenced by the “Dominant Theory” of reflexology (Holland Method).
